    Originally priced at $349, currently offered at $199 for the first month. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, compounded Semaglutide medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Follow-Up Consultation - Semaglutide
    Priced at $349. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, compounded Semaglutide medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Initial Consultation - Tirzepatide
    Originally priced at $449, currently offered at $349 for the first month. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, compounded Tirzepatide medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Follow-Up Consultation - Tirzepatide
    Priced at $449. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, compounded Tirzepatide medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Initial Consultation - Ozempic
    Priced at $1,299 for the first month. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, Ozempic medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Follow-Up Consultation - Ozempic
    Priced at $1,299. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, Ozempic medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Initial Consultation - Zepbound
    Priced at $1,399 for the first month. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, Zepbound medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
  • Follow-Up Consultation - Zepbound
    Priced at $1,399. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, Zepbound medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.

Legal Restrictions

Our products and services are available only within the 50 states of the United States of America. We are not authorized to sell or ship to any other territories or countries. Any sale outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.

Rules of Conduct

  • Contact or seek to contact any healthcare professional associated with Company outside of the Website. This is in order to protect both patients and healthcare professionals and to ensure that diagnosis and treatment is delivered in a reliable, continuous and controlled environment.
  • Post, transmit or otherwise make available through or in connection with the Website any materials that are or may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating or otherwise fail to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (d) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the applicable owner.
  • Post, transmit or otherwise make available through or in connection with the Website any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”).

  • “Frame” or “mirror” any PEPTIVO content which forms part of the Website, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages.

In connection with the Website, you shall notify Company immediately if you become aware of any inaccuracies, errors, omissions or inconsistencies in the information or content provided through the Website and to comply with any corrective action taken by Company.
You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining and paying for all hardware and all telecommunications and other services needed to use the Website.
We reserve the right to investigate any transactions, activity, or interaction with our Website, Services, or Product(s) that we believe, in our sole discretion, is abusing or has abused the Terms, Services, or Product(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order, shipment, consultation, and/or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, is abusing or has abused the Terms, Services, or Product(s), including, without limitation, by engaging in a pattern of creating multiple accounts. Any failure to comply with this Agreement, any fraud or abuse, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Company by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the termination of your account. If Company has any reason to suspect fraudulent activity is associated with your account, Company reserves the right to delay or withhold Products and/or Services. Any suspected or actual cases of fraud activity will be escalated and reviewed in accordance with our fraud process. Company decisions are final.

Transactions

We reserve the right to change the types of Transactions for which we charge, and we reserve the right to charge for consultations with your healthcare provider. Subscriptions of Products or services are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such trials and subscriptions available on the Website.

Refund Policy

Peptivo is committed to transparency and fairness in all aspects of our service. Please carefully review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following two circumstances:

  1. Medical Disqualification by Provider: A full refund will be issued if a Peptivo medical provider determines during the initial consultation that a patient is not medically eligible for treatment. This decision is made based on established medical guidelines.
    Important Note: If the disqualifying criteria or medical condition was knowingly omitted or misrepresented in the initial qualification questionnaire, as evidenced by contradictions between your questionnaire responses and consultation disclosures, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Billing Error: A full refund will be issued in cases where a billing error occurred due to a processing mistake by Peptivo, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • For prescription medications: Once the initial medical intake has been submitted, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as significant medical and pharmacy resources are utilized, including provider reviews, prescription processing, and shipping logistics.
  • For supplements: Once payment has been made, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as these products are tailored to each individual’s treatment plan and cannot be restocked or reused for safety and compliance reasons.
  • If a subscription is canceled after a charge has been processed: Cancellation will prevent future charges, but previously processed charges are non-refundable.

Refund Request Requirements

To request a refund under eligible conditions:

  • The request must be made within 28 days of the original payment date and be submitted in writing to: support@peptivo.com or our physical mailing address.
  • Refund requests submitted after 28 days from payment or through channels other than email will not be honored.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing any Peptivo product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on https://www.peptivo.com/ are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).

Export Restrictions

Peptivo products are only available to customers residing in the 50 U.S. states. No international orders will be accepted or shipped.

Delivery Policy

Upon approval of the prescription during the Telehealth consultation, the compounded medication will be shipped within the next 48 business hours. Shipping cannot be canceled or modified after the product has been dispatched.

Consumer Data Privacy

Peptivo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect necessary information to process your order and conduct Telehealth consultations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment Security

We use industry-standard security measures to ensure your payment information is secure. Peptivo accepts the following payment methods:

  • Discover

We do not store any payment card details.

Promotions

Any promotions offered on Peptivo will have their own specific terms and conditions. These will be clearly outlined in the promotion details.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Peptivo operates.

Mobile Terms of Service

Peptivo

The Peptivo mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Peptivo(“Peptivo”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms andconditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extentpermitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Servicefollowing the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Peptivo’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/textmessages from and on behalf of Peptivo through your wireless provider to the mobile number youprovided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sentusing an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts,and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, andother marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is nota condition of any purchase with Peptivo. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messagingimposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobileplan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/textmessages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to click theunsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation textmessage. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to otherPeptivo mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requiresotherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in theirrespective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you ofthese changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code ortelephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made insuch messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provideus with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your newnumber. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery ofany information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take inreliance on the information or Service.
